KIDS RSU #2 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with staff and families to support student success. A commitment to inclusive practices and a supportive learning environment is essential.

Bachelor’s degree

Maine teaching certificate with 282 endorsements

Based on teacher position experience and in accordance with the  wage scale in the Teacher collective Bargaining Agreement 25-28: $45,630.00 [BA, step 1] - $84,537.00 [MA+15, step 23] The complete contract year is 181 days.
