The University of Maine in Orono seeks part-time, temporary faculty to teach fall 2026 and/or spring 2027 in Physics and Astronomy. Courses include Technical Physics, General Physics, Physics for Scientists and Engineers, Introductory Astronomy and Special Relativity.
In-person teaching on campus is required. Positions are paid per credit hour, with compensation commensurate with qualifications, experience, and the PATFA contract.
