Teletherapy Facilitator; on-site

Role Overview: The Teletherapy Facilitator is responsible for supporting remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools. Their key duties include ensuring safe and efficient student transitions, logging students into therapy platforms, managing technology and equipment, preparing materials, and communicating schedule changes. They observe sessions, assist students as directed, and collaborate with clinicians to source and stage assessment materials, supporting the success of students and fostering collaboration with educational teams.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in educational support or technology assistance preferred. Key skills include strong organizational, communication, and technology proficiency, along with a patient and adaptable demeanor. Ability to work effectively with children and professionals, manage multiple schedules, and travel between school sites is essential.
