As a Client Service Lead for New England Water/Wastewater, you’ll lead our team to win and deliver planning and design projects for water supply, distribution, and treatment facilities throughout New England and help us build and support the business in New England.
You’ll grow professionally by leading procurement and delivery teams to plan and deliver a broad variety of preliminary design, detailed design, modeling, and construction assignments for drinking water infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing technical proposals and leading project teams through the planning and design for drinking water supply, distribution, and treatment facility projects.
- Presenting technical recommendations and alternatives to local and regional clients, and representing the firm at technical conferences throughout the Northeast and nationally.
- Conducting engineering analysis to identify problems, develop and evaluate alternative solutions, and prepare recommendations.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff interested in drinking water supply, distribution, and treatment design work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) in one or more New England states or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10+ years of drinking water and wastewater treatment industry experience
- Experience in the delivery of water projects at all phases, including feasibility/conceptual studies to design and construction
- Experience supporting customers with current market drivers for the New England water industry
- Strong project management and leadership skills and strong technical problem‑solving skills
- Ability and interest in leading, mentoring, and training less experienced staff

The base salary range for this position is $18,000.00 to $, with individual pay determined by work location, job‑related skills, experience, and education.
