What you will enjoy doing
* * Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites

* Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision

* Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication

* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities to uphold high standards

* Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems

* Manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems

* Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements

* Drive efficiency through strategic planning and project management, ensuring smooth plant operations

What makes you great

* Hold a high school diploma with an associate degree in a technical field preferred, supported by two to five years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments

* Demonstrate expertise in instrumentation, control, and general maintenance of industrial equipment

* Apply proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors, with military engineering experience considered an asset

* Exhibit strong safety awareness and strict adherence to procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment

* Understand process control schematics and communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written forms

* Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft applications and process control systems, combined with strong organizational and time management abilities

* Meet physical requirements such as confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights

* Show flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage, ensuring a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operations

* Bring familiarity with procurement processes and quality control analyzers, thriving in dynamic conditions involving service truck driving, office tasks, and physical activity

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $70,000 -$90,000.
