ESG Manager (Property)

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage projects autonomously in key areas, including:

• ESG Due Diligence:
  Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments for real estate transactions (acquisition/disposition).
• Climate Risk Assessment:
  Analyzing and reporting on physical and transition risks related to climate change impacts on real estate assets.
• Energy & Decarbonization Audits:
  Performing energy audits, identifying savings opportunities, and developing strategies for net-zero carbon pathways for buildings.
• Green Building
  
  Certifications:
  
  Managing and delivering projects for leading international and local green building standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL).
• Sustainability Performance Data Management:
  Collecting, validating, and analyzing asset-level ESG performance data for clients, including energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Architecture, engineering, sustainability, etc.).
• Experience:
  
  2-7 years of related experience in green building, energy consulting, or relevant engineering roles within the real estate sector.
• Language:
  Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  Strong analytical and technical skills are mandatory. In-depth understanding of building systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
