Location: West Boothbay Harbor
Shift Information
- Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours EST, Fully Remote Role!
- Pay range: $40 - 45/hr
- 12+ Month contract
- This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

- Position is primarily responsible for supporting operational sustainability initiatives focused on industrial decarbonization, waste minimization, waste diversion, and emissions reduction across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Position will also be responsible for developing sustainability dashboards and KPIs, analyzing environmental data, supporting life cycle assessments, coordinating cross-functional projects, and providing technical guidance to manufacturing teams.
- Position will be in charge of managing sustainability projects, supporting Zero Waste to Landfill and Scope 1 & 2 emissions reduction programs, partnering with manufacturing site leadership, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Sustainability, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline is required.
- Experience supporting sustainability initiatives within manufacturing environments is required.
- Experience with Zero Waste to Landfill, waste minimization/diversion, emissions reduction, decarbonization, or environmental sustainability projects is required.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office to analyze data and develop dashboards is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects is required.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting life cycle assessments, environmental product declarations, circularity assessments, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
