Education:
Bachelors
- Troubleshoot and provide support for various electrical systems, including high‑voltage power distribution, low and medium voltage power systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and AC/DC drives.
- Update and validate electrical designs and drawings covering power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation for all areas of operations.
- Update system drawings and the site wide power distribution system model.
- Perform equipment failure analysis and make appropriate recommendations.
- Review proposed equipment replacements or upgrades including capital projects.
- Provide cost estimates for engineering projects.
- Work with other engineers and the maintenance department to complete projects (planning, scheduling, reliability).
- Support the operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and manage various "key" projects with shutdown/outages.
- Schedule and coordinate with contractors for capital projects/major maintenance.
