POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME - HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE
Seasonal Full Time Positions
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the service technician team by dispatching all service calls appropriately.
- Assist by documenting daily guest check-ins.
- Provide customer service to resort guests in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly on radio and phone.
- To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove's Core Values.
- Support and follow Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
- To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality and accountability.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and able to withstand long periods of time on your feet.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to complete work assignments with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts as required.
