• Learn the complete line of transactional duties
• Perform a wide variety of customer service functions
• Learn the bank products and services offered
• Use all applicable bank software
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Establish, grow, and retain customers while developing and fostering branch growth

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible and works well in a team environment
• Fully computer literate
• Prior banking experience is preferred
• Clean criminal background history and satisfactory KYC/AML compliance and credit report requirements
