About the Opportunity
A growing financial advising organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its team in a temporary-to-permanent role. This position is ideal for an individual who has completed at least two years of college coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting investment, reporting, and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials while helping ensure the timely completion of critical projects in a fast-paced professional environment.

This role offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create and maintain linked worksheets and financial reporting tools.
  • Assist with management presentations by developing clear and accurate analyses.
  • Update and prepare PowerPoint presentations using financial and operational data.
  • Ensure reports, presentations, and meeting materials are completed accurately and distributed on schedule.
  • Support ongoing projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to support organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Completion of at least two years of college coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Data consolidation from multiple sources
    • Linked worksheets across multiple tabs
    • Report building and financial analysis
  • Experience preparing and updating professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation
