Schedule Monday-Friday

FUNCTION: Provide high quality support and service to all bank staff and customers in accordance with department Service Level Agreements (SLAs), current procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Contribute to team and department in a positive, professional, constructive, and collaborative manner. Performs a variety of daily, weekly and/or monthly tasks related to loan servicing with training, guidance, and support from other department members

DUTIES:
  • Provides support to all bank staff on loan services coming in via multi-channel requests:
  • Handle incoming support calls according to procedure
  • Work CRM Service Tickets within outlined SLAs
  • Work OnBase workflows within outlined SLAs
  • Internal and external customer support via email and phone correspondence
  • Works all types of loan payments including processing payoffs.
  • Accurately boards straightforward new loans through both the commercial and consumer boarding systems as well as verifies accuracy of boarding documents provided.
  • Accurately processes straightforward Change in Terms
  • Works a variety of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Performs account maintenance including but not limited to:
  • Set up and maintain AFTs/EFTs for loan accounts
  • Process renewals of line of credit accounts
  • Maintain collateral tracking
  • Payment reversals and waiving fees
  • UCC recordings, continuations, and terminations.
  • Administers escrow accounts for taxes and insurance, prepares annual analyses as required
  • Rate changes
  • Processes advances for construction loans and tracks funds as well as inspections.
  • Communicates with vendors that track hazard and flood insurance and property taxes to service loans appropriately.
  • Process daily department mail according to established SLAs including:
  • Loan payments
  • Electronic recordings of mortgages
  • Vehicle title applications
  • Scanning of documents into imaging system
  • Filing original documents in collateral files
  • Accurately completes any maintenance related to loans after payoff including discharging liens and sending appropriate correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as may be requested
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND

EXPERIENCE:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of banking financial and ancillary systems, Microsoft Office suite, internet/intranet sites and software. Experience in other areas of financial services helpful
  • External and internal customer focused
  • Effective communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
