The Relationship Banker Swing role offers a blend of teller line transactions and desk‑based customer interaction. You will handle a variety of daily banking tasks, engage customers face‑to‑face, and help meet our retail banking center goals.

• Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers.
• Receive deposits, process cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits.
• Serve as the bank’s face, promoting core values and building strong customer relationships on the teller line and at the desk.
• Open accounts and contribute to the overall performance of the retail banking center.

• Previous cash‑handling or sales experience with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for helping customers and providing needs‑based solutions face‑to‑face.
• Strong communication skills for both teller line and desk interactions.
• Motivation to start or re‑enter the banking industry.
