Salon Coordinator

Sport Clips Haircuts in Topsham is hiring a Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support the daily operations of our store.

This position is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school.

• Pay: $15.50-$18.00
• Part-Time

• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and client questions
• Support front desk operations and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Help with salon cleanliness, laundry, sanitation, and stocking
• Support local marketing and social media efforts
• Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer and social media skills
