*** Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
* Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
* Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
* Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
* Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
* *** A high school diploma or equivalent.***
* *** Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.***
* *** Access to a reliable vehicle.***
* *** The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies***
* *** Must be able to provide 2 professional references.**
