Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CTA position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Are you passionate about patient care and interested in working in a fast-paced, specialty clinic? Our Maine Health Dermatology - Damariscotta | Maine Health is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant to support providers and patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist clinical staff with patient flow and room preparation
• Support providers during dermatology visits and procedures
• Perform administrative and clinical support tasks, including documentation and stocking supplies
• Ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to support high-quality care

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences or a student in a health science program that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or completion of the CTA apprentice program, or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

License/
