Staff Pharmacist Float - Outpatient - Rotating - Maine

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, seeks a Staff Pharmacist Float for a community focused outpatient pharmacy environment. This role provides flexibility across multiple locations while maintaining strong team collaboration and operational involvement.

The Staff Pharmacist Float provides direct patient care and supports pharmacy operations across multiple KVHC locations. This role works closely with the Pharmacy Director, oversees medication management processes, guides pharmacy technicians, and ensures continuity of care across sites.

• Rotating schedule based on pharmacy hours of operation
• Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm
• Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm
• Evening shifts required
• Alternating weekends

• Provide direct patient‑facing pharmacy services across multiple locations
• Oversee medication dispensing and safety protocols

• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Maine
• PharmD or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous pharmacy experience in healthcare, retail, or specialty preferred
• Ability to work across multiple locations as needed

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
