Woodlands Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.);
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (phone use, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.);
Respond to resident call lights promptly;
Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned;
Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses
