Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout Maine for the 2026–2027 school year.
We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving:
- Preschool (PK)
- Elementary School
- Middle School
- High School
- Mixed PK–12 Caseloads
- Specialized Programs
- Autism Support Programs
- Life Skills Classrooms
- Inclusive Education Settings
Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, and geographic location.

Compensation & Incentives $50–$60 Per Hour Guaranteed PayAt Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled.
Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.
Sign-On Bonus EligibilityQualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:
- Provide speech‑language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small‑group sessions
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication

- AAC and assistive communication needs
