Position Overview
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year across Maine. Opportunities are available in preschool (PK), elementary, middle, high schools, mixed PK–12 caseloads, specialized programs, autism support programs, life skills classrooms, and inclusive education settings.
Compensation & Incentives$50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay and eligibility for a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on assignment, location, and experience.

- Provide speech‑language therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small‑group sessions
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
- Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- CCC‑SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP/CFY)
- Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
- School‑based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
