Join Our Compassionate Team as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
Are you committed to ensuring the well‑being of elderly individuals through responsible medication administration and compassionate care? Join us as a CRMA and become an essential part of our compassionate team.
Job Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications to residents following established protocols.
- Assist elderly residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care to our residents.
- Have flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid 40-Hour CRMA Certification.
- PSS or CNA certification is preferred but not required upon hire date. The company will pay for this certification as a benefit.
- Compassionate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment with individuals of varied backgrounds.
