Are you committed to ensuring the well‑being of elderly individuals through responsible medication administration and compassionate care? Join us as a Head Med Tech (HMT) and become an essential part of our compassionate team.

• Administer prescribed medications to residents following established protocols.
• Assist elderly residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care to our residents.
• Have flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for weekend shifts.
• Serve as the Head Certified Residential Medication Aide, working collaboratively with other CRMAs and the Resident Care Director on assigned tasks.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid 40‑Hour CRMA Certification.
• PSS or CNA certification is preferred but not required upon hire date. The company will pay for this certification as a benefit.
