Location: Bucksport
Full‑Time Float Occupational Therapist (OT)
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus!
A full‑time float OT position is available in multiple senior living communities – assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. Successful candidates will float to facilities located in Ellsworth, Orland, and Bucksport.

- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities and homes
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
- Possess a current OT license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state of employment
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr – $40/hr

Full‑time Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide speech therapy services as needed
- Be a licensed speech therapist or license‑eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Ideal candidate has experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
