Waypoint in Maine is seeking a Residential Per Diem Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support members in community and residence settings. This role is hourly and Per Diem, with no guaranteed hours and a limit of 25 hours per week.
The DSP will assist with daily living activities, implement treatment plans, promote independence, and uphold dignity, confidentiality, and the rights of individuals we serve. Collaboration with families and the House Manager is essential.
