Location: Rockport
Maine Health is seeking a Hospice/Home Care Aide to provide in-home care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at the Sussman House on a per diem basis.
The role focuses on maintaining and restoring patients' physical, social, and emotional health through Supportive home care tasks and collaboration with the care team. Prior CNA or HHA experience is preferred, with a current CNA license and valid driver’s license required.
