At Total Care ABA
, we are passionate about helping children with autism and developmental needs thrive. As a growing provider of in-home and in-school ABA services throughout Maine, we are looking for caring and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our supportive, family-focused team.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, work closely with children and families, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect, record, and report data on client progress
  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Screener Questions
  • Must hold a current BHP Certification
  • Must Reside in Maine
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Current BHP certification required (We can help you obtain certification if needed!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children preferred, but not required
  • Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed
Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available

Services provided in person throughout Maine
