Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Pay rate depends on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $18.10 - $20.60/hr hiring immediately!
ResponsibilitiesAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our residential program located in Boothbay Harbor, ME, you will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities include acting as a role model, administering medication, assisting with personal care, and inspiring clients to be as independent as possible both at home and in the community. You will also attend and actively promote recreational, social outings, and activities for our clients, using New Communities company vehicles for client transportation.

Flexible per diem/relief DSP direct care positions available in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Per diem shifts include coverage for all shifts, especially overnight and weekend.
Requirements- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active driver’s license required
- Experience in direct care preferred, but not required – willing to train
- Must communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
