Residential Care Aide/Personal Support Specialist/CNA at Bella Point Fryeburg in Fryeburg, Maine

• Assist elderly residents in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and nurturing environment for residents.
• Foster a sense of community and engagement through meaningful interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred, but not required:
  Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

If you do not have a PSS or CNA certification, the organization offers the opportunity for certification as a Personal Support Specialist. The cost of certification may be covered to support professional development.
