Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patients’ needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Your work involves:

  • Designing individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity.
  • Delivering therapy across diverse settings, adapting to patient needs.
  • Collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care.

The role is performed in a facility environment under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • OR a Master's degree in a PT‑related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • PT degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. PT degree.
