Location: Rockport
Maine Health is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator/Registered Dietitian to perform nutritional assessments and assess diabetes educational needs. You will plan, implement, and evaluate nutritional plans and diabetes education for patients with diabetes and their family in both individual and group settings.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nutrition, RD licensure, and BLS, with the Diabetes Educator credential either obtained or in progress.
