Job SummaryTryfacta is seeking a Center Administrator for our client in Orono, ME 04473. This is a 13-week contract assignment.
Position Title: Center Administrator
Location: Orono, ME 04473
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare center.
- Supervise administrative personnel and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing schedules, employee performance, and operational productivity.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization to support efficient facility operations.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient and resident care.
- Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and assist with accreditation and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, vendors, and internal departments.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment while supporting organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 years of healthcare administrative or management experience, preferably in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
