In this full-time role, you will review clinical documentation, validate coding and payer requirements, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize appropriate reimbursement while supporting high-quality patient care. You will monitor regulatory and payer changes, analyze denials, assist with appeals, and educate staff on documentation and compliance.
