Join Our Team as an Activities Aide!

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Aide to join our team full-time! In this role, you will help create meaningful experiences for our residents by planning and leading engaging activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Activities Aide Schedule
  • Full-Time – 40 hours per week
  • Hours:

    9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Includes every other weekend
Activities Aide Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily activities and programs for residents
  • Encourage resident participation and engagement
  • Support activities including games, crafts, music, exercise, community outings, and special events
  • Provide one‑on‑one interaction with residents as needed
  • Transport residents to and from activities when necessary
  • Maintain activity supplies and assist with decorating for holidays and events
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
  • Document participation and attendance as required
Activities Aide Qualifications
  • Active CNA certification required
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in long‑term care, assisted living, recreation, or activities preferred, but not required
