As a traveler in this role, you will collaborate with local educators to provide speech-language therapy to elementary students, including those who use AAC devices and require compensatory services. The manageable 1-2 day schedule per week (410 hours) allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, making it easier to embark on personal explorations or relaxation between assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Active SLP license
  • SLP license valid in Maine
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, including elementary ages and AAC devices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Provide compensatory and direct services, including AAC support
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and families
