For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible;
former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
This is a 36 hour per week position.

Maine Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented
Patient Service Representative to support our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Belfast. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face patients see, helping them feel welcome and supported as they navigate their healthcare journey. From scheduling appointments to answering questions and assisting with patient needs, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible.

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:

Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.

Proficient computer skills.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
