What You'll Do as a DSP

Assist adults with daily living skills
Support independence and community engagement
Provide structure, safety, and compassionate care
Encourage meaningful activities
Work collaboratively within a supportive team

Experience with personal care or autism spectrum disorders is helpful but not required.

The FULL-TIME DSP position is based in New Gloucester, ME

Part-Time also available in Gray and New Gloucester, ME!!

All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Requirements

18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation
Willingness to attend ALL mandatory trainings & staff meetings
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
