About the Position
Maine Health Pen Bay Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant for a locum tenens Hematology/Oncology assignment in scenic coastal Maine.

This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, no call, no weekends, and strong clinical support.

Schedule

Start:
October 2026

Four 10-hour shifts per week

Preferred schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

No weekend coverage

No call responsibilities

Initial four-month contract

Practice Details

Outpatient Hematology/Oncology

Adult patient population

Approximately 8–12 patients per day

Coverage at one location only

Clinical Team and Support
The locum PA will work alongside:

Two physicians

Two advanced practice providers

Nursing support

IV therapy support

Pharmacy support
