Job Summary:

Seek a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves implementing treatment plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient safety, documentation, and infection control.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Display strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently as required.
