** Direct-Hire | 200-Day School Year Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
** to join a dedicated educational team and lead behavioral programming within a specialized K-5 autism and behavioral support program.

** Typical Daily Duties:*
* + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), evaluations, and analyses
+ Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) while ensuring intervention fidelity across classrooms
+ Train, coach, mentor, and support educators and behavioral staff through modeling, supervision, and real-time classroom consultation
+ Design data collection systems, analyze outcomes, and utilize data-driven decision making to improve student success
+ Collaborate with educators, leadership, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student programming
+ Provide and oversee supervision hours for professionals pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification
+ Maintain documentation and compliance with professional, programmatic, and billing requirements
+ Promote a positive, inclusive, trauma-informed, and student-centered learning environment

* What We're Looking For:
*
* + Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development, Psychology, or a related field
+ Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
+ Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
+ Experience supporting individuals with significant interfering or challenging behaviors across educational or clinical settings
+ Strong leadership, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
+ Knowledge of data collection systems, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based behavioral practices
+ Commitment to professionalism, integrity, compassion, adaptability, and continuous growth
+ Valid Maine driver's license
