We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Auburn, ME. This role involves providing individualized, patient-centered care, including evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress. Responsibilities include documenting treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate)
• Current state licensure
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitation and functional improvement
• Adjust treatments based on patient progress
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety standards
• Work in a hospital-based outpatient environment with EMR integration
