Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

Location Highlights

Norway, Maine offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town New England living. Lake Pennesseewassee sits in town and Pleasant Mountain Ski Area is about 20 miles away in Bridgton, making the area a fit for clinicians who enjoy hiking, paddling, and winter sports. Oxford is about 10 miles south and provides additional dining and entertainment options, while Portland is roughly 50 miles southeast for day trips to the Old Port and Casco Bay waterfront.

The western Maine region also offers access to the White Mountain National Forest in nearby New Hampshire and a quieter pace than larger coastal cities.
