Lee Residential Care is looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We offer flexible scheduling options—including hourly shifts, awake overnights, and live-in opportunities—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Depending on your schedule and role, you may:

• Support individuals with independent living skills
• Assist with daily routines (meals, housekeeping, hygiene, personal care)
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and problem-solving guidance
• Support community engagement, social activities, and appointments
• Monitor safety and wellbeing, including staying awake and alert during overnight shifts
• Respond to nighttime needs and complete routine checks (overnight roles)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care

We offer multiple DSP roles to fit your lifestyle. Most positions follow a 12-hour shift model, rotating 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next - giving you built-in overtime as part of your regular schedule!

We offer both day shifts (7am-7pm) and overnight shifts (7pm-7am) to match your availability and preferences.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
• For overnight roles: ability to stay awake and alert
• For live-in roles: comfort living and working in a shared home environment

No experience required - we provide paid training and certification.
