Overview
A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Dover‑Foxcroft, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus!

- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide therapy services as needed
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or license‑eligible in the state of employment
- Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Preferred experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
- Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
- Provide therapy services to patients
- Provide clinical support, training, and oversight of specialty programs within the discipline
- Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists for implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or license‑eligible in the state of employment
- Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr – $47/hr
