Maine Health Accountable Care Organization is launching a Certified Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship Program. The paid training runs six weeks with 4–5 days a week, followed by the LEAP program and on-site clinicals at a Maine Health facility. A one-year work commitment and 24 hours per week are required after graduation.
Applicants must meet CASAS reading requirements and be accepted into an approved CNA program. Roles begin after graduation with placement at a Maine Health location.
