Woodlands Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.);
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.);
Accurately measure residents' blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration and weight as assigned;
Respond to resident call lights promptly;
Observe, record and report changes in resident status and abnormal signs and symptoms to the person in charge or their duly authorized practitioner
