Woodlands Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living including using the telephone, light housekeeping, and meal preparation/service;
Accurately measure residents' blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight as assigned or indicated;
Respond to resident call lights promptly;
Observe, record and report changes in resident status and abnormal signs and symptoms to the person in charge or the authorized practitioner
