Location: Freeport
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will work with patients across care communities to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence in line with Reliant’s standards.
You will implement treatment plans, supervise Rehab Technicians where applicable, maintain documentation, and stay current with state licensing and regulatory requirements.
