Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care on a contract basis. The role involves implementing treatment plans and supporting patient recovery through evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, treatment activities, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including identification and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Excellent clinical evaluation and intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and documentation standards.
• Ability to commit to 13-week contract with reliability and professionalism.
