Location: New Sharon
Assistance Plus is seeking a Daily Living Support Specialist to assist adults with behavioral health needs in home and community settings. The role requires travel within a 30 mile radius, transporting clients, and ensuring care plans guide all activities.
You will participate in supervision, complete annual training, and maintain required licenses and insurance. A high school diploma and access to email/internet are required; MHRT/1 certification training is provided at no cost.
