Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals? Join us as a Residential Care Aide/Personal Support Specialist/CNA and become an essential part of our compassionate team.

• Assist elderly residents in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their independence and quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and nurturing environment for residents.
• Foster a sense of community and engagement through meaningful interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred, but not required: PSS or CNA certification.
• Compassionate and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

If you do not have a PSS or CNA certification, Bella Point are proud to offer the opportunity for certification as a Personal Support Specialist. As a benefit, the company will cover the cost of certification to further enhance your skills and professional development.
